Use immediatelty after detangling with Ruutos detangling conditioner.Wet hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply a small amount of Nourishing shampoo to palms and unto the scalp. Gently massage into hair and scalp (Do not rub vigorously). Work the lather from the scalp to the ends of the hair. Gently rinse with lukewarm water until the shampoo is completely rinsed off. Repeat if necessary.
