Apply a generous amount of reconstruct anti-breakage conditioner to wet hair. Massage from tips to roots. For deep conditioning, wear a shower or conditioning cap and apply moderate heat for 10-20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm or cold water. Use weekly.
