This is not a shampoo and conditioner handed over at checkout. It is a full regimen built around your actual scalp, not a guess made from a product description.
In the chair
We start by looking, not applying. Your scalp is examined first, normal or dandruff-prone, and that single read decides everything that follows.
Hair is detangled gently, section by section, before any product makes contact.
From there, we clarify. A normal scalp gets a cleanse. A dandruff-prone scalp is soaked in Panax Ginseng serum with Ruff Control shampoo, so the treatment is already working before styling begins.
Next, we feed the hair itself. Thick hair takes our Moisture Mask, fine hair takes the Reconstructor, and hair that is both fine and dry often gets a blend of the two. Fifteen minutes under steam lets that mask work into the hair shaft, not just sit on top of it.
Moisture is then locked in, in layers, leave-in conditioner, hair elixir, and hair butter or loc butter, so it holds rather than evaporates by the next wash. A final stretch and style with our nylon paddle brush leaves the finish ready to last, not just ready to photograph.
What you leave with
Every product used on you in the chair goes home with you, so the same routine continues between visits instead of stopping at the salon door.
Styling after your treatment, cornrows or twists, is quoted separately based on hair length, typically R290 to R550.
