Description

• Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Usage: Can be redeemed for products or services at any Ruutos location or online store.
• Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• No Expiry Extensions: Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued.
• Partial Use: If the total value of the purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
• Loss or Theft: Ruutos is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
• Transferable: Gift vouchers are transferable but not redeemable for cash.
• Terms Change: Ruutos reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
